If you select the option
“In Person”
then you will be entitled to attend the convocation and can collect the degree on the day of convocation. If you are unable to remain present on the day of convocation, you can also collect the degree certificate after the convocation day. Moreover, your parent, in your absence, can collect the certificate with your authority letter after the convocation only.
If you select the option
“In Absentia”
then you will not be entitled to attend the convocation and will not receive the degree certificate on the day of convocation. The degree certificate will be sent to your correspondence address given at the time of registration by post, only after the completion of the Convocation.
For those who select to
collect attire from the University Central Library
, you have to show your
Payment Receipt
. The payment receipt can also be downloaded from the
Convocation Registration Portal
after completing the Convocation registration process.
The details furnished/selected by you on the above elaborated sections shall remain final and will not be considered for any changes except in the case of Gold Medal Awardees.
The University will send all communications to your email ID registered during the convocation registration process.

Read carefully the following Instructions before filling the registration form

Part I: Student information:
Review your academic details.
Update your photograph by clicking the “Browse” button
Note
→ Photograph must be a recent passport style color picture with white background.
→ Photo Size allowed 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
→ Photo File size should be between 2 to 20 MB.
→ Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
Part II: Student’s correspondence / Current Address information:
Provide details such as Address, Contact No., E-mail ID, and Aadhar Card No.
Part III: Details of Convocation Fees, Attire Charges, and Guest Charges:
Choose the mode of receiving the Degree, IN PERSON or IN ABSENTIA.
Enter the number of Guests accompanying you.
(Note: Two Guests can accompany without any additional charges. Additional guests will be charged Rs. 250 per person)
The total payable amount will be calculated and displayed automatically.
